We had an amazing stay at Pineapple Heights and couldn’t recommend it more if you’re looking for accommodation in downtown Tampa. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy—just a five-minute walk to Armature Works, and we also enjoyed a longer stroll along the river to Sparksman Walk. Lindsey and Ingo were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality Airbnb experience.

This is an incredible Air BnB. The home is so clean and fresh, chic and modern, and perfectly situated near The Riverwalk to walk to restaurants and shops. It’s also a convenient distance to many fun activities and to the airport. We found the neighborhood absolutely charming with lush gardens, and very quiet. The hosts really care about this community. They were super supportive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend you book a trip to Tampa and rent this Air BnB!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Great communication. The host provided very clear instructions about check in, including a warning about the high curbs in the neighborhood to be careful when opening your car door which I found very thoughtful. One of the hosts was doing some gardening when we arrived, introduced himself and let us know to ask for anything we needed during our stay. The house is gorgeous! Lots of space, great lighting, very clean. Location is great, walkable to the RiverWalk and Armature Works, and a short drive from the airport. No lengthy check out cleaning requests, all they asked was to start the dishwasher for the cleaners. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're visiting Tampa or having family come into town.

This place was very good. Location wise is in the right spot, close to all major spots in Tampa. We enjoyed sitting out in the porch having breakfast. Friendly neighbors walking their dogs or exercising. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed our stay.

Urbane Haus was the perfect headquarters for our family during my University of Tampa master’s graduation at the Florida Fairgrounds. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from Armature Works, the Riverwalk, and all the restaurants and energy of downtown Tampa. It truly offers the best of what Tampa Heights has to offer in a quiet yet walkable setting. The home itself is impeccably designed, with a spacious open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and elegant modern touches in every corner. The professionally curated interior feels both sophisticated and comfortable, giving us a sense of luxury and warmth all at once. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the floating staircase and loft lounge to the inviting bedrooms and spotless bathrooms. Our family especially loved the outdoor courtyard—a quaint oasis complete with a picnic table and a charming porch swing that my parents adored. The ideal place for my small family group to relax, celebrate, and enjoy! We'll be back...

I had a great stay at this property. It is exactly like the photos and is on a very nice, quiet street. Walking distance to Armature Works and a short drive downtown or to the airport. Everything I needed was available. The beds are big and comfortable and the bathroom is clean and spacious. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Great location. Clear instructions and easy check-in. Very clean, nice decor, good amount of space, and very comfortable. Enjoyed the back patio and the large open kitchen. A great place to stay! I’d say at here again when returning to Tampa!
