After almost 10 years of AirBnBs, this is hands down our most favourite. Upon walking in, we instantly felt like we had walked into a second home. Great location, so thoughtfully designed and stocked, pristine and easy to maintain and quick and friendly communication. Couldn’t ask for anything more. An absolute gem!

We absolutely adored this house! We spent a week in Tampa for business and this was the perfect place for us. We spent so much time sitting on the front porch watching the neighborhood - families walking dogs and babies, early morning joggers, birds buzzing… this is a quiet and safe neighborhood accessible to everything. Lovely easy walk to Armature Works and Ubers were never more than 4 minutes away. I’d recommend staying here time and time again!

We stayed at Pineapple Heights for our baby shower weekend and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and responsive, and the view was amazing. It was the perfect home base for such a special weekend! 🍍💛

Lindsey & Ingo are amazing hosts! The Designer 3BR 3BA + Lush Gazebo Steps to Riverwalk is an incredible property! It is a beautiful space inside and outside. The décor, vibe and amenities are upscale. Thank you so much for all your attention to detail. We appreciate your quick response and generous hospitality. Our daughters loved the porch swing and the pergola area. This is our second time this year we stayed at your properties. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The decor is stylish and thoughtfully done, making the space feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Riverwalk and Armature Works, with plenty of great food and activities nearby. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

What can I say, this house was perfect from the moment we stepped in! It was spotless, the decor was beautiful and welcoming (pictures conveyed it well), the hosts were communicative, thoughtful and friendly, and we loved The Heights neighborhood. We were visiting our UTampa freshman and this house was conveniently located near the campus. Every morning we walked to Buddy Brew for coffee and then headed down the riverwalk. So many restaurants nearby! We met and spoke to several lovely neighbors as they were walking their dogs. We cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely divine! The outside of the home is very charming. My husband and I enjoyed the serenity of the outdoor pergola with a perfectly manicured garden and peaceful fountain. Perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee and conversation. Upon entering the home we both kept saying wow, wow, wow! The decor, the lamps, the modern appliances and pristine cleanliness of the home were just as we had expected as per the online pictures. The neighborhood is very picturesque with a mixture of historical and modern homes. You are within walking distance of the Riverwalk. It is a very safe, walkable and friendly neighborhood. You will love staying here. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Lindsey and Ingo, the hosts, were great! Communication was on point and they made you feel at home. The ease of the check-in and check-out process is worth noting as well as it was seamless. Thank you Lindsey and Ingo.

Loved staying here! So clean and comfortable, very close to everything you could think of. Really enjoyed having a store down the street and very nice park by the water with a good coffee shop. Definitely would stay again!!
